RSWM Reports ₹1.6 Cr Q4 Profit in FY25, Revenue Up 7.2% YoY

Operational turnaround driven by cost efficiencies, sustainable initiatives, and innovation
RSWM Limited, a leading player in the Indian textile industry, posted a quarterly profit of ₹1.6 crore for Q4 FY25, marking a significant turnaround as revenue climbed 7.2% year-on-year to ₹1,256 crore. EBITDA for the quarter surged 44.8% YoY to ₹79 crore, reflecting strong cost control and operational improvements.
For the full year FY25, RSWM’s revenue stood at ₹4,825 crore, up 18.9% YoY, while EBITDA rose by 76.8% to ₹233 crore. Despite an annual net loss of ₹41 crore, the company displayed operational resilience and progress, reversing FY24’s net profit of ₹35 crore.
