SMP: Automated dye solution preparation
SMP is a fully automated system for preparing and dispensing dye solutions with unmatched precision and repeatability. Equipped with independent conic-bottom dissolvers, it delivers perfect dye solutions with concentrations up to 80 g/l, ensuring optimal dissolution even for challenging powders.
The system enables continuous operation—preparing fresh solutions while simultaneously pipetting into dyeing vessels—saving time and boosting lab throughput. Automatic freshness checks, overnight monitoring, and self-cleaning bottles ensure reliability and prevent contamination. Additionally, SMP supports automated chemical dosing, eliminating manual intervention and ensuring consistent, high-quality solutions.
Color Dyeing: Flexible, high-precision lab dyeing
Color Dyeing is a modular system designed for high-precision lab dyeing across natural, synthetic, and blended fibres. Operating in groups of five independent units, it allows multiple dyeings in parallel with unique parameters, supported by individual thermal insulation and safety systems.
With dyebath volumes from 200 cc to 600 cc and temperatures up to 135°C, the system ensures fast and uniform heating and cooling via an automatic indirect water-cooling system. Each unit is equipped with an AISI 316 stainless steel basket and a magnetic drive rotation system, ensuring durability, optimal agitation, and easy maintenance.
