A.T.E. Group Strengthens Textile Sustainability Solutions with Unitedmizu Industries

May 05, 2026 | By Textile Sphere India

A.T.E. Group has entered into a cooperation agreement with Unitedmizu Industries Private Limited (UMI) to offer advanced effluent treatment and resource recovery solutions to the Indian textile industry.

Unitedmizu Industries (UMI) brings proven expertise in designing and manufacturing globally benchmarked recovery technologies, with a strong focus on energy efficiency, operational safety, and circular resource utilisation—critical priorities for modern textile processing units.

Under this partnership, A.T.E. Group will represent UMI’s specialised portfolio of Bluesign® approved Caustic Recovery Plants (CRP) and Mechanical Vapour Recompression (MVR) systems, Multi Effect Evaporators (MEE), Salt Recovery Plants (SRP), Agitated Thin Film Dryers (ATFD), and Solvent Recovery Systems (SRS) supporting textile wet processing units in improving water efficiency, reducing environmental impact, and meeting global sustainability standards.

A key highlight is UMI’s skid‑mounted MVR system for on‑site trials, enabling textile processors to assess wastewater behaviour and optimise system design prior to full-scale implementation

This association builds on A.T.E.’s strong understanding of textile processes and local market presence, aligning with its approach to sustainable textile manufacturing solutions, and UMI’s world-class process, engineering and manufacturing know-how.
