Vipul Organics Q1 Revenue Rises 38%, PAT Nearly Doubles

Specialty chemicals maker reports strong Q1 growth and improved profitability
Vipul Organics Limited reported consolidated revenue of Rs 5,217.52 lakh for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, marking a 38.44% year-on-year increase from Rs 3,768.81 lakh in the corresponding quarter of FY2025-26.
The specialty chemicals company, which operates in the pigments and dyes segment, recorded consolidated profit before tax (PBT) of Rs 344.47 lakh, up 113% year-on-year from Rs 161.72 lakh. Profit after tax (PAT) rose 99.75% to Rs 252.46 lakh from Rs 126.39 lakh, while earnings per share (EPS) increased 54.65% to Rs 1.33.
On a quarter-on-quarter basis, consolidated revenue declined marginally by 0.85% from Rs 5,262.37 lakh in Q4 FY2025-26. However, PBT increased 14.53%, while PAT rose 27.93%. EPS grew 20.9% during the quarter.
Vipul P Shah, Managing Director, Vipul Organics Limited, said the results reflected continued strength in the company’s core businesses and progress in its diversification initiatives. He added that cost optimisation measures were beginning to support margin expansion, while the completion of the current capital expenditure cycle positioned the company for sustained growth.
The company’s membrane division remains on track and is expected to contribute an additional revenue stream. Vipul Organics is also finalising its long-term ‘Vision 2045’ roadmap, which it plans to share with shareholders in due course.
Vipul Organics manufactures pigments, dyestuffs, lake colours and pigment intermediaries, with manufacturing facilities in Maharashtra and a greenfield facility at Sayakha in Gujarat. The company has a presence in more than 45 countries and reported revenue of Rs 176.35 crore in FY2025-26.
